Due to TFL rules regarding distancing in PCO vehicles, passengers cannot use front passenger seat and we cannot take 6 passenger bookings, if you have 4 or 5 passengers please book a MPV vehicle when using our app or website booking system.

  • We were very pleased indeed with the service from Express this evening. Even though it was a busy time of day the driver,Quaisar, came quickly and was really kind and helpful to the passenger who had some mobility problems. I’m assuming the journey went very smoothly - haven’t heard yet! 😊👍🏼
